HH Students Showcase Makerspace Work for Board

The BCSD elementary schools are embracing the concept of Makers Movement and encouraging students to become makers and creators. Students can come into their school library to create and experiment on projects, use task cards, take tech challenges, and use their imagination to open a whole new world to them. Herbert Hoover Librarian Sharon Dixon and four students came to the Oct. 17 board meeting to demonstrate how they have learned to program and move robots through Makerspace. More pictures
