Last week our 2nd graders wrapped up their unit on Ancient Asian Civilizations.
Students wrote their names in Chinese and practiced eating with chopsticks. They also completed a Chinese New Year's color-by-math activity and made paper lanterns.

4th grade had a great time building wind turbines! They were trying to see if it is the best source of energy for their town to solve the problem of reoccurring blackouts.











3rd grade went to the Hauberg Museum on Wednesday! They learned about the life of the Sauk tribe throughout the seasons, took a nature walk to study plants and animal life that the Native Americans used to survive, and learned about various birds of prey in the area.











Tess in 2B earned a reward and chose to be the "assistant principal" with Mrs. Budd on Wednesday! Way to show those ARMOR skills Tess! 🧡💙


Wednesday we enjoyed the beautiful weather with lunch outside! ☀️
